Great ending,Fred :D
I agree wholeheartedly! A good, witty ending to
a very nice NEG storyline. The bad guys are put
away, the good guys are safe.
And as always the irony of the end situations
are thick and so richly devious. ^__^
Cali you better pay up on thet vacation after
all you put Raph and Sil through!
As for Contessa and Tiberius, eheheh oh it
couldn't be sweeter.
Now if another dragonic B@stard *cough*
Dreadwing *cough* would get his, the GD world
be much safer place, and better off!
Um..[Reply]Lupenzo - 4/19/2008 6:01:19 AMWould that me a Deus ex Mommy-na ending? ^_^;;
Tessy![Reply]Matrix Dragon - 4/19/2008 6:32:43 AMThat third panel is just BRILLIANT
150,-000 Vacation to Carrot Lake City?[Reply]MaveriKat - 4/19/2008 7:25:45 AMWell, hopefully Calc still has another 100,000
gold pieces left over after paying for that.
And a wonderful end to this story! It was a long
time coming, but damn Fred! THIS WAS
AWESOME!! :D
Dragon's play bridge?[Reply]Peter Beck - 4/19/2008 7:51:31 AMLord only knows how big their cards are...
Also, something amusing about the fact that T'mat
is giving the old "you know how kids are" wave
with her stump.
You know, Fred, one of these days you're gonna
have to show us T'mat's human form. I'm guessing
she'd be something along the lines of Balalaika
from Black Lagoon, only minus and hand.

Lord only knows how big their cards are...
Dragons play whatever they feel like, WHENEVER they feel like.
Of course, their version of bridge probably involves magic cards
and illusionary battles, and probably looks more like an episode
of Yu Gi Oh... complete with over-the-top dramatics.

I don't know. I could see them useing actual
bridges in their games for some reason.
And as for T'mat's human form I would think
something like a Pirate or Warrior Queen. She
could really work the stump with those looks.
Over Already?[Reply]DrKrazy - 4/19/2008 10:12:19 AMAwww I thought we get to see said vacation. I'd
love to see Shiela in a bikini again, in her
human form. *purr* Maybe they should bring
Thropan, he'd probably like the spotlight a lil.
Now Fred did these events transpire Before or
After the Retreat incident...???
Blingn'a XD[Reply]J.L. Anderson - 4/19/2008 10:47:19 AMI love the dragon names. And it's fun seeing T'mat
all friendly/fellow mommy-like to somebody else.
Eviser'a has to be my favorite dragon so far.
Also...[Reply]J.L. Anderson - 4/19/2008 10:53:36 AMOn the first panel during Eevie's arrival she
reminds me of a character from the movie "The
Wall" and now I have the trial song stuck in my
head. Yikes!
As of this case[Reply]GMc - 4/19/2008 10:59:24 AMCrime never pays.
Case closed...

wonderfull[Reply]artenis - 4/19/2008 1:13:22 PMa happy ending.

gotta love the names tho, you have a flair for
quirky names lol.

Oh definately. Though when I consider the way
that the Dragons value their hoards, I find myself
wondering just Tib avoided by earning the wrath of
a dragon warrior instead of a dragon accountant.
One thing...[Reply]Mitchell - 4/19/2008 1:23:12 PMSo, who's going to be assisting the Ashlanders

First off, congrats Fred for finishing up/mostly
wrapping up the beef of this arc, the facial
expressions in this are priceless :D
Although like Mitchell suggested, what about the
Ashlander probs, and what about the group that
Calc and the others ran into? I'm hoping we'll
get a 'epilogue' to this arc to bring things to
a complete closer :)

Tiberius is kinda under pressure to keep up his
good deeds... If he didn't help out here, there
would be no reason to keep him safe... Well,
relatively safe... From his numerous enemies.
A comic 2 1/2 years in the makeing[Reply]Noa - 4/19/2008 3:45:59 PMThanks for finishing this off fred.
It's interesting how you got stalled on it when
you painted yourself into a corner. Also the bit
which became more then a little controversial.
I do wonder, might you see about doing an
epiloge of all this? A sort of, FF of the major
players as they deal with things.
Oh, how much time is left on Sil's curse
anyway? Or at least the fixing thereof?
luv it[Reply]inukai - 4/19/2008 5:08:38 PMfantastic ending, luv that now everythings
sorted raph finally has a angry look on his face
like he just never got the time to before,
awesome comic fred cant wait to see the next
one! :)
Oh Momma! O.o[Reply]wise8 - 4/19/2008 11:35:35 PMToo much, Fred. Jut too much! One of the things
I like most about your work are the expressions
and how well you set those poor people up. I'm
glad I got to read your work.
And with that sincere buttering up, maybe I can
also hope for a wrap up? I'm DYING to see
Tiberius spending "quality time" with good 'ol
mommy-in-law dearest! XD
Transformation Master[Reply]DaremoKamen - 4/22/2008 8:08:43 AMAs a "Master of Transformation Magic" would
Tiberius have been able to help Sil with her
little wabbit problem? And if so, will Cal, Sil
or Raph realize it now that it is too late?

From the looks of it Sil's problem seems to lie
in something closer to a Lycanthropy infection
that rewrites your entire being's DNA with a
thrown in thrall enchantment as compared to a
magic that just shifts forms or conceals the
real you. So unessl Tiberius has a really
powerful nifty spell able to undo the Wabbit
infliction I don't think his bad O' tricks will
apply. However I don't write for the comic so I
could be dead wrong.
wedding[Reply]Lentium - 4/23/2008 5:33:34 AMnothing like a shotgun wedding with dragons

you know...I think Eviser'a really would you a
shotgun. The scary thing would be a shotgun
large enough for her. o_O
Great end[Reply]kagato3 - 4/24/2008 7:41:59 AMLady Eviser'a so reminds me of both Lady Seto
and her daughter Misaki from the Tenchi ova's
Great[Reply]Qaitakalnin - 4/26/2008 8:44:15 AMNice ending and a very well told story, thank you

Encore![Reply]BK Geno - 4/29/2008 2:39:35 PMLove the comic, the characters, the action, and
lines. Perfect.
Can we possibly convince you to start the next
section of the comic soon?
WELL WORTH THE WAIT![Reply]Felluck - 5/1/2008 9:35:24 AMYes yes yessity yes yes! Oh Fred, we grovel
before you and beg for 'Moar'! Just. Friggin'.
Incredible.
I haven't laughed this hard in months.
You've taken away, at least for a short while,
the great weight of life from my shoulders (three
windows at my house smashed in one month by would-
be burglars, car getting smashed up and copping a
cricketbat to the side of the face, so I'm minus
five molars and feeling kinda sore and depressed)
so needless to say watching the that smug bastard
Tiberius get some righteous comeupance is a
godsend!
Hail the Fred!
Hail the Furries!
Bring on the Cake, Cheese and Beef alike!
WOOOOOOO!
*hugs everyone then passes out*
Question about Wabbits[Reply]Felluck - 5/30/2008 5:48:04 PMJust a quick question that's been rattling
around in my head for a while...
WABBITS: What exactly are they? They seem to
reproduce by biting humanoids and turning them
into Wabbits, yet they possess their
infamous 'Tail Blades'. They appear to be a
strange fusion of Lycanthropy and the old 'A
Wizard did it' magical beast.
Would be hilarious if the curse was only
partially lifted off of Sil and she became the
first Amazon Were-Wabbit...>.>....<.<....no,
shouldn't wish for misfortune for her.
And again, if you remember a old Looney Tunes
cartoon, where Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck are
arguing over whether it's Rabbit or Duck season,
and Daffy keeps saying 'Wabbit Season!' before
getting tricked, does that mean there are the
Wabbit's mortal enemies, the 'Dhuks'? ((thinking
small-sized Axe-Beaks...maybe not))
*Crawls back under her rock*
RE: Question about Wabbits[Reply]wise8 - 7/1/2008 10:04:42 PM I think their mortal enemies are the Fudds.
Bald badger like creatures with a long tail in
the shape of a double barrel shotgun.
I hear Dick Cheany likes to take his pet Fudd
out hunting on occasion. XD
